Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.
We refund 100%, and don't play dirty games of store credits or wallets.
Return Policy for UAE:
1) The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
3) Manto is responsible for picking up the products from the customers
4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
5) Refund will be provided in Cash at the time of product pickup. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
6) Exchange item will be delivered within 5-7 working days as per the availability of the product. Customer need to hand over the returnable item at the time of delivery.
7) Above mentioned policy is applicable for the UAE customers only.
8) Due to the lack of options and resources, we are unable to process exchange/refund for other GCC Countries and Iraq. However, we'll definitely try to provide few possible solutions in case of any issue.
